Hi, I'm Jason and I'm the proud owner of Noble Residential. I've been working in the industry for over 25 years now - it's my passion and I still to this day genuinely love what I do! Our aim at Noble Residential isn't just to sell property and earn a commission, but it's to actually help our clients move home, and we're extremely proud of the fact that this is evidenced by our incredible reviews, as well as the volume of repeat business and wonderful recommendations we receive. When I'm not working at one of our branches, you'll usually catch me cooking at home (another passion of mine) or out for a walk with my two Miniature Dachshunds, Saxton and Rupert (aka the Noble security team).

Hello I’m Allan! My first insight into the property world came when I was a youngster, spending most of the summer holidays packing leaflets into envelopes at my father's Estate Agency firm and from here, my interest in the industry grew. Today, my market knowledge and experience now span over 19 years, but the passion I have for property and desire to deliver the best possible customer service experience are still at the forefront of doing my job at Noble Residential. Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with family and catching the latest films releases at the cinema. I also have a serious love for motorbikes and so when I'm not in the office, I'm on a track day with friends!

Hi, I’m Billy. I've been working in the property industry for over 6 years now, specialising in Valuations and the Sales process, but during this time have also gained knowledge and experience in the fast-growing Lettings market. I fell into my career by chance but quickly discovered a real passion for the industry and 6 years on, I love my job and couldn't imagine doing anything else! Joining Noble Residential 2 years ago was refreshing as I love the team spirit and camaraderie instilled within the Company. Aside from work, I’m an avid football fan and a lifelong West Ham supporter. If you don't find me sat at my desk, I’m at the Olympic stadium cheering on the Irons!

Hi I'm Steve. My career in the property industry first began in Spain almost 20 years ago and since returning to the UK in 2009, I have worked for some of the largest Estate Agencies across Essex. My market knowledge and background now cover over 18 years and I'm passionate about providing a customer-focused, professional Estate Agency experience that's tailored to the needs of each individual client. I came to Noble Residential seeking a company with great team-spirit at its heart which had otherwise been missing from my career in the past, so it's been very refreshing to join an Agent that rewards their employees based upon customer satisfaction and not just selling houses to earn a commission. Aside from work, I am a proud single Father to a beautiful young girl and enjoy spending my free time cooking and travelling abroad.

Hi I’m Millie and I'm the Senior Property Consultant at our Brentwood branch. I joined Noble Residential as an Apprentice and was enrolled on a Level 2 Junior Estate Agency Course. I'm extremely proud to say that after much hard work I passed the exams, achieving a Distinction and gained my Qualification (and a promotion!). I absolutely love working in the property industry and really enjoy the customer-care element of my role, where I get to support clients through every stage of the process and help them navigate their selling and/or purchasing journey. Outside of work, I spend my time in the gym and socialising with friends and family!

Hello I’m Alice and I head up the Operations at Noble Residential. My career within the property industry first began back in 2013, where I started work at a local Estate Agency whilst studying for a Business & Administration qualification. Over the 5 years that followed, this role evolved and required me to take on and manage various projects; from Recruitment and Fleet Management through to Premises and Branch refurbishments. During my career I have also worked with Senior Executives within Large Organisations in a PA capacity, providing high-level support. Here at Noble Residential I’m responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the company and the effective delivery of projects, which allows our fantastic staff to be their most productive and do their job efficiently, and as a result ensures our valued clients are happy. Aside from work, in 2022 I became a Mummy to my daughter and also have two feisty-but-friendly Miniature Dachshunds.

Hello hoomans! Our names are Saxton (right) & Rupert (left) and we're the Chief Security Officers here at Noble Residential. Our daily tasks include woofing at the postman, getting lots of belly rubs and just generally stealing the hearts of our clients.
