Your reading these reviews for a reason and I know why. You have been let down by another Estate Agent who promised the earth and done nothing. You do not want to make a mistake,with so many to choose from. I'm not going to name who not to go with. But will confidently point you in the direction of Allan and his Team. You will get honesty throughout and hard work and to top that up, you get expert advice,me and family were informed of any changes that came up and advice on the best way ahead. Had lots of dealings with this estate agent as it was a complicated purchase, with numerous problems with flat lease & other outstanding problems with the building. Joe went back to the seller many times and negotiated numerous issues well, to get a good outcome. Will use them again next time I sell.
