We instructed Noble Residential in Hornchurch to sell our property and completed this Autumn. They were absolutely fantastic and in our experience Jason, Billy and the whole team were honest, straight-talking and provided sound advice throughout all aspects of the buying and selling process. They kept what could have been a stressful situation at bay; making the whole process very easy and I have already made a recommendation to a friend who wishes to put her house on the market and would not hesitate in recommending Noble to anyone else. We also ended up purchasing our house through Noble Residential in Brentwood and can say our experience was the same with this branch also. Jason oversees the company and he is experienced, always on hand for advice and doesn’t mince his words. We felt we could really trust the whole team at Noble so don't hesitate to go with them!

We were very impressed with Noble Residential and the service the team provided. They were excellent from start to finish. We first met Billy who gave us the valuation. We found him extremely professional and a really good communicator, a pleasure to deal with. Allan was also very helpful throughout the process and kept us fully informed at each stage of the sales progression. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jason impressed me with his business model for Noble at first meeting; and didn’t disappoint throughout the whole process. Fair, patient, encouraging and reassuring. It was a daunting task selling and clearing my only ever family home after 50 years following by the death of my wonderful Mum, and Jason continued to support me the whole way. Offering sound and measured advice, understanding my needs and the emotional side of this sale. He had some great contacts and advice for clearance, and patience with my comms. Thanks Jason. Your reading these reviews for a reason and I know why. You have been let down by another Estate Agent who promised the earth and done nothing. You do not want to make a mistake,with so many to choose from. I'm not going to name who not to go with. But will confidently point you in the direction of Allan and his Team. You will get honesty throughout and hard work and to top that up, you get expert advice,me and family were informed of any changes that came up and advice on the best way ahead.
